The range of accommodation available in the UK is impressive, and this not only allows holiday makers to choose from many alternatives, but also keeps the prices competitive. Cottages are usually found in country villages and areas, but can be modern as well as traditional. The selection of Hampton holiday cottages is increasing every year. Taking your family away can be fun and stressful, but we find that staying in a cottage takes much of that stress away. So you can let you kids do whatever they want (as long as you're happy!) without fear of being too noisy or too messy.
Renting is a great way to spend a week away. The busiest times of year will be around the school summer holiday, so if you don't have kids, you may want to avoid July and August. When you are looking for the right holiday cottage in Hampton, there are a few considerations to bear in mind. There's no doubt that being in the right town or village is a big factor, but the number of beds you need is more so. Before you book, be clear on how many people need separate beds as if you're travelling with friends, they may not be up for sharing double beds!

Kent is blessed with a large number of very excellent holiday cottages suitable for families, couples and just friends. If you have a question about your reservation please contact the cottage operator who took your order and card details. Holiday makers often like to get out into the country and take part in open-air activities, and in Kent there are number of great options. There are usually opportunities to play golf or tennis, or if you're into solo sports there's always biking, running and sometimes archery. If you like more gentle options there's always a good walk nearby, and sometimes it might lead you to a pub.
The best thing (at least as far as we're concerned) about staying in a Hampton holiday cottage is the self-catering. It's a relief to be able to eat whatever you fancy, and any time of the day, and of course self-catering can include take-aways. Cars are by far the preferred mode of transport and travel to Hampton and Kent. With the cost of petrol ever increasing it's worth investigating alternative travel arrangements. Kids can find the adventure of a train or coach far more interesting, and it takes away the stress of navigation.
