The best thing (at least as far as we're concerned) about staying in a Hampton holiday cottage is the self-catering. It's a relief to be able to eat whatever you fancy, and any time of the day, and of course self-catering can include take-aways. Cars are by far the preferred mode of transport and travel to Hampton and Kent. With the cost of petrol ever increasing it's worth investigating alternative travel arrangements. Kids can find the adventure of a train or coach far more interesting, and it takes away the stress of navigation.
