Now that doesn't mean you need to cook everything because there are plenty of places to eat out in Dolgellau Gwynedd. Most people will drive to their destination because it gives them increased mobility on their holiday. But we'd suggest that taking the car can add to the stress levels and you can arrive exhausted from a long drive. Although most places are going to be out of reach by bicycle the UK train and coach network can get you very close.
